Jillian, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Jillian earned her bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education and her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She has been practicing for seven years across New Mexico and Texas and has a special interest in working with infants, feeding, and neurological populations.

Jillian chose pediatrics because she loves helping children develop new skills, build confidence, and reach their individual potential. She enjoys getting creative with treatment and finding activities that are meaningful and engaging for each child, including executive-functioning activities, multi-step arts and crafts, and sensory exploration. Jillian also values partnering closely with families by providing practical resources and strategies they can carry into everyday life.

One thing Jillian wants families to know is that occupational therapy can look completely different from one child to another—and that’s part of what makes it so special. Her goal is to meet each child where they are, support their individual needs, and help both children and their families feel confident and empowered along the way.

Outside of the clinic, Jillian spent three years living in Texas while working at a children’s hospital. One of her favorite reminders comes from Winnie-the-Pooh: “You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”
